Carliff began his career with AsiaWorks Training Sdn Bhd at the age of 23, gaining unparalleled experience in the Personal Development space, while also establishing himself as a respected corporate trainer before venturing out as an entrepreneur.

Carliff has built 2 companies from scratch to becoming million dollar businesses, namely LVG Consultants, a Multi-Award winning Financial Planning Firm (Award received from ActionCoach) for 3 Consecutive years 2007, 2008, 2009. LVG Consultants is a Financial Advisory Services firm, for the 6 years were in business, we managed over 1,000 clients and over RM100million of clients investments in award-winning Unit Trusts in Malaysia.

From 2009 - 2017, Carliff and his Wife Niney started a corporate Training company BAYU Success Training. Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, BAYU supplies Quality training and coaching solutions to high end multinational companies and Government Departments in Malaysia.

To furthur develop himself, in 2015, Carliff Learned how to code Ruby on Rails at the age of 36, now Carliff is currently the CEO and Co-Founder for Digital Automate Sdn. Bhd., which manages two brands namely Chatbot Malaysia, whih is a Done For You Chatbot Digital Advertising Agency, and also Automate Malaysia, where we are experts in creating highly engaging and converting enterprise level software chatbots. We are a team of Certified Digital Marketers, enthusiast, highly motivated who can go the extra mile for the customer to achieve the desired results and make the journey for the customer 100% satisfactory.

Carliff is known for being a marketing strategist, for his bot development, corporate training, and technical digital marketing expertise.

While his entrepreneurial journey has brought him together with his wife Niney Chong and his two children (Isaac & Nara) to live in Kota Kinabalu for the past 9 years, Carliff has recently relocated back and is proud to call Kuala Lumpur home again.
